Spicy Pancake Rolls

    120 grams / 4 ounces all purpose flour

    30 grams / 1 ounce sweet rice flour

    2 eggs, beaten

    2 tablespoons sliced green onion

    2 tablespoons chili sauce

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    2 tablespoons cooking oil


    1. Pour all flour in a bowl, pour some water in the bowl, mix until even


    2. Heat a pan over low medium heat, brush the pot with cooking oil to prevent sticking, pour some batter in the pot, spread


    3. Sprinkle some beaten egg on the cake


    4. Sprinkle some green onions and salt on the cake


    5. Turn over the cake, brush the top side with chili sauce


    6. Take out, roll up


    7. Slice, serve
