Sweet And Sour Yam

    Ingredients

    450 grams / 1 pound yam, peeled and chopped

    2 tablespoons white sugar

    1 tablespoon white vinegar

    1/5 cup cooking oil

    Directions

    1. Soak the chopped yam in water for 10 minutes, take out, rinse, drain

     

    2. Heat a pan over medium heat, pour cooking oil in the pan, drop the yam in the pan, stir until golden

     

    3. Take the yam in a dish

     

    4. Pour white sugar and white vinegar in the pan, stir until melted

     

    5. Pour the yam in the pan again, stir until even

     

    6. Serve
