Green Radish Salad

    1 green radish, julienned

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 tablespoon white vinegar

    2 fresh red chilies, chopped

    1 teaspoon sliced parsley


    1. Pour the julienned green radish, chopped red chilies, white vinegar, and salt in a bowl, mix until even, set aside for 5 minutes


    2. Drop parsley in the bowl, mix until even


    3. Serve
