Steamed Squid With Garlic

    1 squid

    3 garlic cloves, chopped

    1 fresh red chili, chopped

    1 teaspoon white vinegar

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/4 cup cooking oil


    1. Rinse the squid, coat with salt, put in the steam pot, sprinkle the squid with vinegar, heat the steam pot over high heat, steam for 7 minutes, until tender


    2. Take out the steamed squid, slice crosswise, put in a dish


    3. Top the squid with the chopped garlic and red chili


    4. Heat a pot over high heat, pour the cooking oil in the pot, pour the heated cooking oil on the top of the chopped garlic and chili, serve
