Tomato And Clam Stir Fry

    1 Tomato, peeled and chopped

    250 grams / 9 ounces clams

    1 tablespoon sliced green onion

    2 tablespoons cooking oil

    1/2 teaspoon salt


    1. Heat a pot over medium heat, pour cooking oil in the pot, drop the tomato in the pot, stir until even


    2. Drop clams in the pot, stir until the clams opened, season with salt


    3. Sprinkle the sliced green onion in the pot


    4. Serve
