Boiled Toothed Top Shell Snails

    500 grams / 1.1 pounds toothed top shell snail

    1 piece scallion, sliced

    1 piece ginger, sliced

    3 garlic cloves, sliced

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 red chilies, sliced


    1. Rinse the toothed top shell snails, drain


    2. Heat a pot over high heat, pour the scallion, ginger, garlic, chilies, and salt in the pot, bring to a boil


    3. Drop the toothed top shell snails in the pot, bring to a boil, boil for another 3 minutes


    4. Serve
