Boiled Bitter Melon With Pork Sauce

    1 bitter melon, sliced

    1 small piece pork, shredded

    1/4 onion, chopped

    1 tablespoon sliced green onion

    2 tablespoons baked bean sauce

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 tablespoons cooking oil


    1. Heat a pot over high heat, pour cooking oil in the pot, drop the pork in the pot, stir for 2 minutes


    2. Drop the chopped onion in the pot, stir until even, pour baked bean sauce in the pot, pour some water in the pot, stir until even, season with salt


    3. Turn off the heat, drop the sliced green onion in the pot, mix until even, set aside


    4. Drop the bitter melon in boiling water, boil for 3 minutes, take out, rinse, drain, pour in a dish


    5. Pour the pork sauce on the top of the bitter melon, serve
