Boiled Fresh Prawns In Rice Wine Sauce

    500 grams / 1.1 pounds fresh prawn, deveined

    1 cup rice wine sauce

    1 piece green onion, sliced

    1 piece ginger, sliced

    2 garlic cloves, sliced

    3 dried red chilies, sliced


    1. Rinse the prawns, set aside


    2. Heat a pot over high heat, pour some water in the pot, drop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and chilies in the pot, bring to a boil


    3. Drop the prawns in the pot, bring to a boil


    4. Take out the prawns, cool off


    5. Pour the cooled prawns in a bowl, pour rice wine sauce in the bowl, put the bowl in the refrigerator to refrigerate for 2 hours


    6. Take out, serve
